Spaced Repetition is the basics of remembering a piece of information. In order to remember something we have to repeat it constantly over a period of time and that is why there are so many spaced repetition methods that you can use to regurgitate something form memory.
Here are some spaced repetition methods you could use to remember something.
1.SPACED REPETITION CALENDARS
A great use of space reception is a spaced repetition calendar . So when you learn something new then you plot on a calendar:
I will come back to this in a week...
then a month...
And than two months...
etc.
Therefore you are constantly repeating information and coming back to it at spaced periods of time.
2. MAKING A PLAN REGARDING THE FORGETTING CURVE
If you do not know what the forgetting curve is it is basically a graph which outlines when you first learn it and how often you come back to it and how your memory improves.
( IF YOU WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE FORGETTING CURVE THEN CLICK ON THIS WEBSITE: https://www.growthengineering.co.uk/what-is-the-forgetting-curve/ )
Whilst acknowledging the forgetting curve you can make a plan/timetable of when you are going to come back to it.
